Icons

Pixel Icon Library by HackerNoon — pixeliconlibrary.com. Icons used throughout this site are sourced from the HackerNoon Pixel Icon Library and are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. Some icons are used through the packaged icon font, and some are embedded as inline SVG paths for reliable rendering and styled to match the site.

Fonts

This site uses Space Grotesk from self-hosted font files and the following additional typefaces served via Google Fonts: IBM Plex Mono, Chakra Petch, Crimson Text, Fraunces, Manrope, Playfair Display, and Quicksand. These typefaces are licensed under the SIL Open Font License (OFL).

Public Domain Illustrations

Some editorial line-art illustrations are adapted from public-domain Wikimedia Commons sources, including Pearson Scott Foresman botanical diagrams and public-domain inflorescence illustrations. These sources do not require attribution, but are noted here for provenance.
